WWU's men's cross country runner, Alex Thompson, has been awarded Central Dairy's September Co-Male Athlete of the Month.

Thompson, earns the honor, after being the first Owl to cross the line in each of the team's meets in September. His best placing came at the Forest Park Cross Country Festival, where he ended up in ninth place, with a time of 16:44.7.
