Horn is a member of the Owls men's track and field team. Over the final two track meets he competed in during February, Horn earned two third place finishes at the Jim Green Invite. He went 1.88 meters (6-2) in the high jump to finish third and 6.51 meters (21-4 ¼) in the long jump. At the AMC Indoor Championships, he won his two events he competed in as he went 1.97 meters (6-5 ½) for a win. He followed with a jump of 6.83 meters (22-4 ¾), which broke his own school record. At the conclusion of the Indoor Championships, he was named AMC Most Outstanding Field Athlete of the Meet.
