David Johnson Jr., a junior a men's basketball player from McAllen, Texas, scored a team high 125 points and snatched down 51 rebounds during the month of November. He currently leads the Owls in scoring averaging 16.8ppg. Johnson was named AMC Player of the Week during the first week on conference play. So far this season, he holds three Top 50 national rankings; 18th overall in total blocks (16), 19th overall in blocks per game (1.8) and 39th overall in offensive rebounds (2.5).
