KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The William Woods University men's tennis team swept all three teams faced in the Heart of America / American Midwest Conference / Sooner Championship to easily win the their fourth consecutive championship. The Owls earned the automatic bid with the finals win over Missouri Valley. 

Earlier in the day, the Owls crushed John Brown 4-0 in the semifinals. The Owls defeated Health Sciences and Pharmacy in the quarterfinals yesterday, 4-0.

The Owls will head to their fourth NAIA National Championship on May 18-22 in Mobile, Ala.

In the Semifinals, the Owls grabbed the doubles point after winning at no. 1 and no. 3 courts. In singles, the Owls won the matches at no. 3, no. 5, and no. 6 clinching their spot into the finals.
