LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – The No. 16 William Woods University men's tennis fell to No. 15 San Diego Christian College (Calif.) this afternoon, 4-2. The loss drops the Owls to 3-4 on the season.
The Owls grabbed the doubles point after winning at No. 2 and No. 3 courts.
In No. 2 doubles,
Nathan Cooke and
Ben Grumley defeated Laurenz Grabia and Robin Van Den Hoek, 6-3. In No, 3 doubles,
Robert Schorr and
Patrick Shelepov took a 6-0 victory over Julius Kaufmann and Luis Hochenauer.
In singles, Marco Salamanca defeated Lauren Grabia in No. 6 singles, 0-6, 6-1, 6-4.
