ST. LOUIS - Spencer Worley became the second Owl to earn a conference-leading three American Midwest Conference Men's Golfer of the Week awards, announced the conference Monday. Making it a back-to-back WWU sweep of the AMC golfer of the week accolades - third on the season - Kennedy Dickerson received women's golfer of the week.

A committee of athletic communications professionals selected the weekly award winners throughout the conference from a pool of nominees submitted by each school.

Worley, who has an exceptional scoring average of 72.6 through 23 rounds on the campaign, took home second place at the William Woods University Spring Invitational. Leading the Owls to their seventh team title this season, he fired a 5-under 67 for the tournament's best round on Day 1, then posted a 73 on Day 2 before coming up just short of first in a scorecard playoff.
