Helped guide the 4x8 squad to a second place finish at the AMC Indoor Championships where the quartet posted a time of 10:22.58… A member of the 4x4 team that brought home a first place finish at the Mule Relays with a time of 4:07.95…Recorded career-bests 2:30..73 in the 800-m, 5:03.43 in the 1500-m, 18:40.39 in the 5000-m and 38:57.03 in the 10,000-m. Also, won the 10,000 event at the Sam William Twilight Qualifier..

2013
Won the 3,000m Steeple Chase at the AMC Outdoor Championships (11:59.86) ... Earned a third-place finish at the AMC Indoor Championships in the 5,000m (19:23.51) ... Ran a personal-best in the 3,000m Steeple Chase at the Billy Hayes Invitational where she clocked in that 11:42.46 ... Also ran in the 5,000m and earned a season-best time of 19:03.95 at the Washington University Invitational.

Prior To William Woods
Transferred to William Woods after running cross country for the University of Central Missouri.

High School
Four-year letterwinner in track for the Tigers... Four-year all-sectional, all-district and All-Clarence Cannon Conference honoree in the 4x800-meter relay... Twice finished third and once a runner-up in the 4x800 at the MHSHAA Class 3 state championship... Added all-state, all-district and all-sectional honors in the mile and two-mile runs... Also a three-year letterwinner in softball for Mark Twain.
