A three-year letterwinner for the Owls... A three-time qualifier for the NAIA National Championships, he has finished in the top 50 on all three occasions... Helped WWU finish second in the AMC Championships in the 2010 and 2011 seasons... He is a three-time All-AMC honoree... He has been named the AMC Cross Country Runner of the Week five times (Oct. 13, 2009, Oct.5, 2010, Oct. 25, 2010, Sept. 3, 2012 and Sept. 17, 2012).

A four-year letterwinner at at Linn High School... Was a two-time Missouri Class 1 All-State selection and a four-time all-conference honoree... Helped Linn to a 2008 district championship.
