2014
Competed in distance events in his second season with the Owls … Earned a second place finish in the AMC Outdoor Championships in the 10,000-meter, finishing with a time of 33:38.95 … Also set personal-best marks in the 800-meter (2:06.12) and the 1500-meter (4:10.86) during the outdoor season … Collected two first place finishes at the AMC Indoor Championships in the 3,000 and 5,000-meter runs
2013
Competed in distance events during his first year on campus … Finished second at the 2013 AMC Outdoor Championships in the 5,000-meters and 10,000-meters … Ran a personal-best in the 10,000-meters at the AMC Championship with a time of 33:53.74 … Also posted a season-best in the 5,000-meters during the outdoor season when he timed in at 15:32.32 at the True Blue Open.
High School
Four-year letterwinner for at Linn High School... Three-time all-state honoree as a senior, finishing seventh in the 1,600-meter run, sixth in the 3,200 and fifth in the 4x800 relay .. Added all-district accolades in each event as a senior and junior.
