"William Woods University is an amazing institution that has such a rich history, and I'm excited to dive deeper into it and help raise school spirit around the campus and the greater Fulton area. I can't wait to hit the ground running and assist in the effort of getting Owl athletics on the forefront of the NAIA national's grid. With undeniable administrative support, I know that I'll be able to build a powerhouse spirit program, and I can't wait to get WWU on the map!"Â
 Â
Snyder joins the Owls after serving as the head cheerleading coach of the Kansas Wesleyan University Coyotes for two seasons. He increased the Coyote rank in the NAIA by 20 places during his first season at the helm and coached three all-conference athletics and three NAIA Scholar-Athletes.Â
 Â
Snyder graduated from McPherson College in 2021 where he assisted in growing the Bulldog program while also bringing them from non-competitive status to third in the conference. While at McPherson, he managed to break many program records while also earning multiple honors including NAIA Scholar-Athlete and All-Conference Honorable Mention.Â
 Â
Snyder graduated with two bachelor's degrees including sociology and psychology.Â
 Â
Snyder is also a Universal Cheerleaders Association instructor.
