The William Woods University volleyball team will host StephensCollege tonight in Anderson Arena.  The American Midwest Conference match is scheduled to begin at 7 pm.

The Owls are coming off a pair of AMC loses to Williams Baptist College Monday afternoon.  The Owls lost the opener 3-0.  They dropped the second match 3-1.  Alicia Green had seven kills in the first match and 14 in the second match.  Bailey Peterson recorded 64 assists in the two matches.  William Woods enters tonight's match 9-12 on the season and 3-5 in the AMC.
 
Stephens College enters tonight's match 7-12 on the year and 3-4 in league play.  The Stars are coming off five-set loss to Central Methodist University on October 3.
 
The Owls and Stars met twice last season.  WWU won 3-0 in Anderson Arena on October 6.  The Owls won 3-0 in Columbia, Mo., on November 4.  Earlier this season, Woods defeated the Stars 3-0 in Columbia, Mo.  William Woods leads the all-time series between the two schools 23-5-1.
 
The Owls return to action October 7.  WWU will travel to Missouri Valley College in Marshall, Mo.  First-serve is scheduled for 7 pm.
