The William Woods volleyball team is set to open postseason play this evening, visiting Williams Baptist College. WWU enters the tournament as the No. 5 seed, having posted a record of 8-8 in AMC play during the regular season.

The Owls will look to avenge a pair of regular-season losses to WBC in the match tonight. Senior Lauren Fleming (Granbury, Texas) enters the postseason having cemented her name atop the William Woods record book. She currently holds the record for most kills in WWU history, having recorded 1,160 over her four-year career. Alicia Green (Midlothian, Texas) leads the Owls in total blocks with 119 (22 solo) on the year.
