The William Woods University men's soccer team returns to action this afternoon.  The Owls travel to Moberly, Mo., to take on Central Christian College.  Kick-off is scheduled for 3 pm.
 
The Owls enter the match 5-4 on the season.  They are coming off a 3-1 loss to eighth-ranked Missouri Valley College on September 21.  Luca Stroeter (Sao Paulo, Brazil) scored for the Owls in the loss. William Woods will look to snap a three-match losing streak today against the Saints.  Woods rank first in the NAIA in shots per game and sixth in shots on goal per game.  J.P. Parra (Sao Paulo, Brazil) ranks first in the NAIA in shots per game, second in total points and third in goals.
 
Central Christian College enters today's match 1-5-1 on the year.  They are coming off a 6-1 loss to Barclay College on September 24.
 
William Woods leads the all-time series between the two schools 2-0.  The Owls defeated the Saints 3-0 in Fulton, Mo., last season.
