FULTON, Mo. – The William Woods University Women's Basketball team returns from Christmas Break on Thursday, December 29th when they host St. Louis College of Pharmacy at 2 p.m. at Anderson Arena. This will be the Owls first game since they played at Hannibal-LaGrange University on December 13th.

- William Woods returns to action Thursday after a 16-day layoff as they host St. Louis College of Pharmacy. The Owls won its last contest on December 13th when they defeated Hannibal-LaGrange University, 81-53, in American Midwest Conference action
- WWU enters the contest with a 7-3 overall record and 4-1 in AMC action. William Woods is receiving votes in the last edition of the NAIA Division I Women's Basketball Coaches' Top 25 poll
- The Owls enter the game on a five-game winning streak. The winning streak started on November 19th with an 86-79 victory over Central Baptist College

- St. Louis Pharmacy enters Thursdays contest against the Owls on a five-game losing streak. In the Eutectics last contest, they were defeated 75-38 by Central Baptist College
- The Eutectics are 1-5 on the season. Its lone victory came in its first game of the year when they defeated Central Christian College, 63-62
- Morgan Rose leads the team in scoring as she averages 11.8 points per game. She scored a season-high 21 points in the season-opener against Central Christian College. Over her last two games she is averaging 4.0 points per game and is shooting 2-24 over the last two games. She is shooting 23.7 percent from the floor on the season and 17.1 percent from behind the arch
