FULTON, Mo. - The William Woods University Volleyball team gears up to begin AMC play as they host Hannibal-LaGrange University on September 12, at 7 p.m. in Anderson Arena.

About the Owls
- The Owls are 8-2 overall recently going 4-0 at the Rose-Hulman Tournament this past weekend. The Owls defeated Illinois College, Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Monmouth College and Anderson University
- The Owls are currently ninth in blocks averaging 2.46 blocks per game
- Sophomore Kira Krebill leads the Owls in blocks with 37 on the season. Krebill is currently ranked 21st for blocks per game, averaging 1.16 blocks
- Brittney Engelbrecht has dished out 348 assists, and is currently 22nd in assists per game. Engelbrecht is averaging 10.2 assists per game
- Jessica Jensen has racked up 169 digs on the season and is currently ranked 43rd in the NAIA for digs per game averaging 5.0 digs per match
- Junior Tory Wiley leads the Owls offense in kills with 87 on the season. Wiley hit a career-high against Bellevue collecting 13 kills in the match
- On Monday afternoon, Kate Doerhoff was named AMC Attacker of the Week. Doerhoff recorded 46 kills on the week and had a hitting percentage of .386. She had a career-high 15 kills against Anderson University
