FULTON, Mo. - The William Woods University Volleyball team hosts Central Baptist College for an AMC matchup on September 22nd, at 6 p.m. and Lyon College on Saturday, September 23rd at 1 p.m. in the AMC Game of the Week. Both matches will take place at Anderson Arena.

About the Owls
- The Owls are 11-2 overall and are 1-0 in the AMC
- WWU is coming off a 3-1 (21-25, 25-12, 25-23, 25-22) victory over College of the Ozarks on Tuesday night
- The Owls have not lost since September 1 when then-No. 19 MidAmerica Nazarene University defeated the Owls at the Bellevue Tournament

- Tory Wiley leads the Owls in kills with 111 on the season, averaging on 2.5 kills per game

About the Mustangs
- The Mustangs are 8-5 overall with an AMC record of 1-1
- Central Baptist is coming off a 3-0 sweep of Harris-Stowe State University on September 15th
- The Mustangs have 104 service aces on the season and are averaging 2.4 aces per game

- Chelzie Ulu leads the Scots in kills with 124 on the season. She also has three assists and four service aces on the season

AMC Game of the Week
The Owls vs. Scots volleyball match on Saturday, September 23rd has been voted the American Midwest Conference Volleyball Match of the Week. This is the first contest this season, the Owls have been in as the Game of the Week.
 
What's Next
After hosting Central Baptist and Lyon the Owls hit the road for four straight matches. WWU starts its road swing in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas on September 28th when they take on Williams Baptist College. The match is set to start at 7 p.m.
