Game One
The Owls opened the game swinging.  Trevor Garriott was able to cross home plate for WWU's first run of the contest thanks to an Isaiah Gibbs double down center field. Moments later Gibbs would score a run himself and put WWU ahead 2-0 when Tyler Bracht hit a deep single down right field,

Bracht would go on to score later in the inning and give William Woods an early 3-0 lead. Immediately following Bracht's run was Connor Poulson who reached home on a batted ball.

After a hot first inning start, WWU continued adding points to the board. Garriott would cross the plate once again on a Marquies Doherty triple down deep center field. Doherty went on to score himself and give the Owls a 7-0 lead.

Things started to slow down for William Woods in the later innings, but due to a struggling Lincoln Christian their lead was safe.

It wasn't until the bottom of the sixth inning that WWU increased their lead. Midway through the inning, Brian Granton scored on a Russell Strilchuk single and pushed their lead to 8-0. Minutes later Strilchuk scored the final run for the Owls on a E4 and put WWU up 9-0.

Late in the inning, Strilchuk was able to advance home thanks to a Granton sacrifice fly to left center. Up 1-0 the inning would retire before the Owls could score again.

Thanks to a hot Steffens hand, LCU was not able to record a hit until the seventh inning.

In the bottom of the fifth inning, WWU started to look how they did in game one. Douglas Martin, Garriott and Quincy Jones would all find home plate to push the Owls' lead to 4-0.
