FULTON, Mo. - The William Woods volleyball team picked up back to back conference matches over the weekend. On Friday Sept. 27
th they won their second straight match against Lyon 3-0 (25-18, 25-18, 25-15). They returned Saturday afternoon capturing another AMC win as they defeated Central Baptist 3-1 (23-25, 25-12, 25-18, 25-14. The Owls are 3-1 in the AMC and 12-11 overall.

Vs. Lyon
The Owls immediately got off to a 6-0 start coming with a kill from
Lanie Lowry and
Remie Johnson.

Another kill by
Nise Salima put the Owls up by seven, 9-3.

The Owls had their largest lead of the game with 11, which came with a Lowry kill, 16-5.
The Scots came within eight, but the Owls maintained the lead the entire set, winning 25-18.

The Scots took their first lead of the match with a 2-1 second set advantage.

The Owls went on a 7-0 run with two service aces by Tori Roseman, which made it, 7-2.
