Box Score COLUMBIA, Mo. – The William Woods University volleyball team swept Stephens College in their final conference game of the regular season Thursday evening. The 3-0 win brings the Owls to 19-9 on the season and concludes their American Midwest Conference play with a 6-3 record. They will enter the AMC Championship as the number four seed.
The Owls won 25-18, 25-16, 25-15.
The team will close out their regular season with a non-conference game versus Avila on Saturday, Nov. 6. The 2 p.m. match will serve as the team's senior day where they will honor their seven seniors.

The Owls sparked a 9-2 run early in the match to take a 13-6 lead. Back-to-back kills from
Hannah Kuehl gave the Owls' a 21-13 lead, and kill from
Kassidy Phillips ended the set with a 25-18 win.
SC took up an early 5-1 lead to start set two, and they held on to the lead until midway through. The Owls sparked a 6-0 run to take up a 17-13 lead. A 6-1 run ended the set with a 25-16 win.
Set three started out even, but the Owls sparked a 12-3 run to take an 18-10 lead. The Owls put together two separate 3-0 runs to bring the set to match point, and a kill from
Reanna Dodge ended the match with a 25-15 win.
