FULTON, Mo. – The no. 22 William Woods University men's tennis team defeated no. 25 Missouri Valley College Sunday afternoon, 7-0. The win moves the Owls to 9-2 on the season.
The Owls won the clinched the doubles point after the no. 1 and no. 3 doubles won. In singles, the Owls won at no. 1, no. 2, no. 3, no. 4, and no. 5 matches.
The no. 22 Owls return to action on Saturday, Apr. 3, on the road against Grand View University in Quincy, Il. The match time is 10 a.m.
