CONWAY, Ark. – The William Woods University men's soccer team tied 1-1 against Central Baptist this Saturday afternoon. The Owls move to 1-5-3 overall and 0-1-1 in conference play.
With less than one minute before the first period was over,
Breck McGrail scored a goal to take the lead for the Owls, 1-0.
In the second period, CBC scored one goal to end the game in a draw, 1-1.
Matthew Dworak played 90 minutes in between posts and had three saves.
CBC outshot the Owls, 7-6.
Next for the Owls is a home game on Saturday, Oct. 8 against University of Health Sciences & Pharmacy at Firley Field. Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m.
