BATESVILLE, Ark. – The William Woods University volleyball team swept Lyon College (Ark.) for their third conference win Saturday afternoon. The 3-0 win brings the Owls to 3-1 in American Midwest Conference play and puts them at 6-11 overall.
The Owls won 25-20, 25-20, 25-17.
This is the third sweep for the Owls in the last four matches.
The team finally plays in front of their home crowd in Anderson Arena on Tuesday, Oct. 4. First serve against Missouri Valley College is set for 7 p.m.
