NEVADA, Mo. -  The William Woods University softball team dropped a pair to RV Cottey College Tuesday afternoon. The team moves to 18-15 overall and 7-3 in conference play.

Game One
The Owls fell to RV Cottey in five innings, 14-0.

• Mallory Feldewerth went 1 for 2.

• Alexis Hassler went 1 for 2. 

Jessica Keilholz (0-2) was credited with the loss on the mound. She pitched 1.0 inning and allowed five hits and nine runs.
 
Ashlyn Towery pitched 2.0 innings. She allowed four hits and three runs.
 
Alexis Hassler pitched 1.0 inning. She struck out one while allowing two hits and two runs.

The Owls took a 4-1 loss to RV Cottey.

• Taylor Bell went 1 for 3.
• Kristen Mogan went 1 for 3.
• Jaden Swift went 1 for 3. 

Kalee Wall (5-4) took the loss on the mound. She pitched 6.0 innings and struck out three while allowing eight hits and four runs.
