FAYETTE, Mo. – The William Woods University women's soccer team fell to No. 3 Central Methodist University 4-0 Wednesday evening. The Owls drop to 0-3 on the season.
The Eagles scored their first goal of the day on the first period. Then, CMU added three more goals in the beginning of the second period to take a 4-0 win over the Owls.
The Owls had one shot on goal by
Paige Hicks.
Michyla Handley was credited with the loss on the goal. She played 90 minutes in between the posts and made 12 stops.
The Owls travel to Parkville, Mo. to face off against Park University on Saturday, Sep. 3 at 6 p.m.
