BOONVILLE, Mo.— William Woods golf played in their third tournament of the season at the beautiful Hail Ridge Golf Course in an event hosted by Central Methodist University. The O's men's squad returned to form, earning their first championship title of the season. The women's team held a ten-stroke advantage after day one but succumbed to the elements on day two to finish in second place.
Josie Arms found herself with another podium finish, shooting +19 on the tournament which was good enough for a third-place finish. Jamin Usandizaga placed seventh with Morgan Crist (eighth) and Kylie Miller (10th) close behind. The Owls finished just behind the host, and above Heart rivals Missouri Valley and Missouri Baptist.
