A four-year letter winner at Marceline ... Two-time first team all-conference, honorable mention and second team all-regional honoree ... Daughter of Dan and Melinda McCormick ... A four-year letter winner in basketball and track at Marceline ... Awards for basketball include  being named to the honorable mention all-conference team (twice), first team all-conference, all-district (three times), Linn County Dream Team (twice), KMZU Dream Team (twice) and Defensive Player of the Year once ... Helped her team to a conference title during 2012-13 season and finished fourth in state same year ... Earned the Cotton Cavanah Award (award of excellence) ... Plans to major in elementary and early childhood education.
