Ana is currently ranked No. 4 in Honduras. She has represented her country at every Central American Championship; at Wilson Cup in El Salvador (2010) and played in the finals, at WJCT (Central America and the Caribbean), Qualifying Event in El Salvador (2012) and played the semifinals, at Fed Cup Jr. in El Salvador and played quarterfinals, at the Fed Cup in Puerto Rico (2016), and in Panama (2017). Ana won the Central American Championship two years in a row in Honduras and El Salvador (2013). She participated in the doubles final and singles quarterfinals at the Central American Championship in Costa Rica (2012), as well as doubles semifinals in the same tournament in Guatemala (2010). She was a two time doubles finalist at ITF tournaments. Once at the Copa Libertad in El Salvador (2016) and the Copa Nicarao, in Nicaragua (2015). Ana participated in the doubles semifinals in ITF Tournament Copa Arabe International, in Honduras (2016) and in ITF Tournament Copa Mundo Maya, in Guatemala.
