Steadman Allen enters his first season as a Graduate Assistant Coach for the Owls Men’s Basketball Team.
 
During the 2016-17 season, Allen played professional in Zamora, Spain in the Silver League. Besides playing professionally, Allen was an assistant coach for Riverdale County High School Boy’s JV Basketball team in 2016-17.
 
Allen played collegiately at Wagner College in 2014-15 and at Angelo State University in 2015-16. He received his degree in Business Administration. Besides excelling on the court, Allen was a member of the honor roll all four years of his undergraduate degree.
 
In 2011, Allen was a McDonald’s All-American Nominee.
 
Off the court, Allen is the Founder and CEO of Young, Humble, Beast, LTD. Allen designed the nonprofit to help student athletes, in particular inner-city kids excel in basketball, through high level training camps, mentoring services and character development.
 
Allen also worked at Fastbreak/BSNY Skill Development Trainer. Here he would help build the skills of young adults from the ages of 6-18 with one on one training as well as group training.
 
Allen comes to William Woods from the Bronx, New York and will pursue a Masters of Education in Athletics Administration.
