Timothy Ward enters is first season as the men’s basketball graduate assistant and third season on staff.
Prior to joining the Owls coaching staff, Ward was a collegiate basketball player for William Woods. He played basketball for the Owls from 2013-15 before transferring to Central Methodist for the 2015-16 season. He was also a member of the track team at WWU and CMU. After his playing days were over, Ward worked as a student-assistant for the William Woods men's basketball team.
Off the court, Ward is the head coach for Missouri Team Carroll, an AAU program that has sent 25 plus kids to four-year college programs at levels ranging from Division I to NAIA. He also works as a high school and junior college recruit. In his off time, he offers individual workouts for those athletes looking to put in extra work.
He was a four-sport High School athlete participating in, Football, Cross Country, Basketball and Track at Cole Camp High School.
Ward graduated with a Sports Management degree and is currently pursuing his Masters of Education in Athletic Administration.
