Jessi Tinsley

Jessi Tinsley enters her first season as a graduate assistant for the Owls' softball program. 
 
Tinsley attended Darton State Community College, in Albany, Ga., for one year and then transferred to Cincinnati Christian University and finished her bachelor’s in business administration in three years. 
 
During her time with the Eagles, Tinsley was a three-year starter for the Cincinnati Christian softball team. During her senior season, she was chosen to the NCCAA Mid-West Region Team and the NCCAA All-Tournament Team. From the circle, she holds the record for most strike outs in a game (13). She recorded 264 strike outs in three years with an overall ERA of 2.73 in her senior season. She started 59 games and played in 81 in three years with 354.2 innings pitched. 
 
Tinsley will work with pitchers at WWU while obtaining her master’s degree in Business Administration.
