Sean Ostrander

Sean Ostrander begins his second season as assistant coach for the William Woods University volleyball program.

Ostrander comes to WWU after a successful playing and coaching career for the University of Arizona men’s volleyball club team. In his time at Arizona he was a player from 2007-2009 and served as a player-coach from 2010-2012. In 2011 helped the men’s club volleyball team to a NCVF National Championship. Ostrander was named the 2011 tournament’s most valuable player.

In addition to his men’s duties, Ostrander was also at the helm of the University of Arizona women’s club volleyball team from 2010-2013. He led the women’s squad to two NCVF National Tournament championships, finishing as the tournament’s runner-up in each appearance.

In 2013 he became the head coach of the University of Arizona men’s and women’s club volleyball team.

Ostrander graduated from the University of Arizona with an accounting degree with a minor in Sports Management. He is pursuing a masters in Athletic Administration at William Woods.
