Men's track and field runner Nick Zink earns Central Dairy's January Athlete of the Month, after collecting a top 10 finish in each of his six events he ran.

Zink, an Iberia, Missouri, native, won his first race at the Illinois College Snowbird Open, after clocking in with a time of 50.83 in the 400-meter dash. He then qualified for Indoor Nationals, as he hit the NAIA 'B' Standard in the 600-yard dash at the Jayhawk Classic, finishing with a time of 1:13.74.
