The William Woods University men's soccer team will host Lindenwood University-Belleville this afternoon on Firley Field. Kick-off is scheduled for 1 pm.  WWU enters today's match 7-7-1 on the season.  The Owls have not played at home since October 4.

The Owls are coming off a 0-1 overtime loss to American Midwest Conference rival Park University Wednesday night.  The Pirates scored on a penalty kick in the 95th minute to earn the AMC victory.  WWU recorded three shots on the night.  The Owls placed all three shots on goal.  Igor Dos Santos had four saves in goal for WWU.
 
Lindenwood-Belleville enters today's match 11-4-1 on the season.  The Lynx are a member of the United States Collegiate Athletic Association.  They are currently ranked 9th in the USCAA.
 
This is the first meeting between the two schools.
 
WWU will return to action on Tuesday.  The Owls host William Penn University at 5 pm on Firley Field.  William Woods will finish the regular season on October 29, at home, versus McKendree University.
