MBU will go on to play the winner of the Columbia vs. Park game in the AMC Championship finals.

Due to new bylaws this season, if Columbia wins the 2019 AMC Championship, WWU will earn the conference's second automatic bid as the regular season runner-up. Columbia has already earned the first AQ by winning the regular season. If Park or MBU win the Championship, WWU's season will have come to an end.

2 – WWU received 2 corner kicks in the contest

Game Flow
Due to the tremendous amount of the snow coming down on the field, both teams struggled early to get things going. Five minutes into the first half Tayler LePage attempted a shot for the Owls but it missed off the crossbar keeping the game 0-0. Second later, McKenzie Gourley attempted her first shot of the contest but Jemica Artillaga was there for the save.

After two quick WWU shots, Missouri Baptist responded with a shot of their own coming from Alayna Buxton whose first attempt missed wide of the goal.

Midway through the half, Aurora Henriksen, LePage and Samantha Donaldson each attempted a shot on goal but all missed wide.

Due to the drop in the windchill, there was a short intermission at the 22-minute mark.

Returning from the break, the Spartans attempted two back-to-back shots on goal, but both saved at the hands of Owls goalkeeper Michyla Handley.

Finally, after 40 minutes of scoreless action, Gianna Gore found Maddie Mrazik for an MBU goal to give them a 1-0 lead over WWU.

Neither team attempted another shot in the half, and Missouri Baptist would go into halftime with a one-goal lead.

With a one-goal lead, the Spartans opened the second half looking to extend their lead. They did just that when Allie Heinz broke free for a goal to give MBU a 2-0 advantage.

The Spartans attempted another shot that missed wide of the goal right before the second windchill pause.

After returning to the field, Madison Dood found Gore for her first goal of the game which pushed Missouri Baptist ahead 3-0.

William Woods continued to fight but could not get anything to connect. Missouri Baptist went on to capture a 3-0 AMC Conference Championship semifinals victory.
