CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. – The William Woods University women's basketball team faced off with NCAA Division I Southeast Missouri State University Monday evening in an exhibition game. The Owls fell 66-49.
 
The Owls return to regular season play at home on Tuesday, Nov. 2, as they host RV Benedictine (Kan.). Tip-off is set for 5:30 p.m.
