FULTON, Mo. – The William Wood University volleyball team hosted University of Health Sciences & Pharmacy for two games this Saturday evening. The first match served as a conference game while the second was played as non-conference.
The Owls closed out their regular season after winning both matches tonight, moving to 10-3 overall and 8-1 in AMC play.
The first match's win clinched the no. 2 seed in the AMC.
The Owls will host the winner of Hannibal-LaGrange versus Harris-Stowe in the quarterfinals of the AMC Championship on Tuesday, Apr. 6, at 7 p.m. The match between 7 Hannibal-LaGrange and 10 Harris-Stowe will be played on Monday, Apr. 5, at 7 p.m.
