MOBILE, Ala. – The William Woods University women's tennis team season fell to No. 8 Louisiana State University Alexandria in the second round of the NAIA National Championships. The Owls concluded their season with a 15-6 record.
The Owls were unable to take the doubles point, LSUA won at no. 2 and no. 3 matches.
In singles play, the Owls were able to grab just one point while LSUA grabbed the three points left to clinch their spot in the next round.
