GULF SHORES, Ala. – Ellie Dimond became the first William Woods University's runner in program history to earn NAIA All-America honors by finishing sixth in the women's 3000-meter steeple chase Friday afternoon.
Dimond placed sixth out of 14 runners competing in the 3000-meter steeple chase finals at the 41
st Annual NAIA National Championships with a time of 11:17.80. She established a new PR for herself while also improving her first-place mark in the WWU Record Book.
