FULTON, Mo. - Senior Chloe Overkamp of the William Woods University women's soccer team found the back of the net for the first time this season in today's loss to Missouri Baptist, 2-1. The team moves to 6-9-2 overall and 3-3-1 in conference play. 

Although the Owls had the first shot on goal from Abby Prather-Turner. MBU's first shot on goal attempt was successful as they took the lead of the game with 10 minutes on the clock. 

MBU scored another goal to extend their lead on the game to 2-0. 

The Owls went into halftime trailing MBU, 2-0. 

With only two minutes into the second period, Chloe Overkamp grabbed the ball off MBU's defense to score her first goal of the season.

Belle Boschert took the loss on goal. She played 90 minutes in between posts and recorded five saves with four coming from the second period. 

MBU outshot the Owls, 14-11. 

The Owls close regular season with a home game against University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy on Monday, Oct. 31. Kick mod is scheduled for 1 p.m.
