CANTON, Mo. – The William Woods University softball team fell to Culver-Stockton College (Mo.) Thursday afternoon. The Owls fell 3-2 on game one and then the Owls took a 4-1 loss on game two. The team moves to 11-10 overall and 2-0 in conference play.
"We had two good pitching performances today but didn't take care of the ball like we need to," said Head Coach
Tracy Gastineau.

The Owls travel next to Lincoln College on Sunday, Mar. 20 for a doubleheader starting at 1 p.m.
Game One
The Owls fell to Culver-Stockton, 3-2.
Sarah Randermann took the loss on the mound. She pitched 6.0 innings and struck out five while allowing nine hits and three runs.
Game Two
The Owls took a 4-1 loss to Culver-Stockton.
Kalee Wall was credited with the loss on the mound. She pitched 6.0 innings and struck out two. She allowed nine hits and four runs.
