ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Harley Nale and Katie French were selected American Midwest Conference outdoor track and field athletes of the week following their outstanding performance at the CMU Open this weekend, announced the conference office this afternoon.

AMC Women's Track Athlete of the Week
Harley Nale, William Woods
GS | Linn, Mo.

• Finished first in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:26.76 at the CMU Open.
• Placed second in the 1500-meter run in a time of 5:06.43.
• Was apart of the 4X800-meter relay team that took third.

 
AMC Women's Field Athlete of the Week
Katie French, William Woods
Sr. | Marshfield, Mo.

• Competed in two events on the week, both at the CMU Open.
• Placed first in the hammer throw with a toss of 42.91-meters.
• Added another first-place finish in the discus with a mark of 40.57-meters.
