WALNUT RIDGE, Ark. – Junior Ryan Long of the William Woods University baseball team tossed a no-hitter in game one against Williams Baptist. The Owls fell on the second game to end up 1-1 on the first day of the three-game series. The team improves to 28-16 in the season and 13-7 in conference play.

Game One
The Owls shutout Williams Baptist, 6-0.

• Isaiah Gibbs went 1 for 4. He scored one run and added one RBI.
• Jordan Smith had one RBI.
• Easton Wallace went 1 for 3. He scored one run.

Ryan Long (8-3) was credited with the win on the mound. He tossed a no-hitter in seven innings pitched, striking out five.
