WALNUT RIDGE, Ark. – The William Woods University baseball team wrapped up regular season with a series win over Williams Baptist, 10-5. The team concluded the regular season with a 29-16 overall record and 14-7 in conference play.
The American Midwest Conference begins on Tuesday, May 3, at CarShield Field in St. Louis, Mo. The Owls will find out their seeding on Saturday at the conclusion of AMC play.

The Owls defeated WBU, 10-5.
Owen Tripp (5-1) was credited with the win on the mound. He pitched 6.0 innings and struck out five while allowing six hits and three runs.
Kaleb Haley pitched 2.0 innings. He struck out two and allowed one hit.
Carson Prescott pitched 0.2 innings. He struck out two and allowed two hits and two runs.
Jackson Truesdell pitched 0.1 inning. He struck out one and allowed one hit.
