Started in 37 of the 38 games he appeared in as the Owls backstop … Caught a staff that posted a team ERA of 4.48 … Hit .259 in 108 at-bats … Posted 22 RBIs on the season … Had seven extra-base hits with six doubles and one home run … Slugged the lone home run of the year on Feb. 17 against Ashford University … Proved to be a tough batter to strike out as he struck out just 19 times in his 108 at-bats … Selected to the Academic All-AMC team ...
