Burgess earns Central Dairy's January Co-Athlete of the Month, after averaging 13.4 points in 10 games for the Owls. The senior shot 46.2 percent from the field, 84.1 percent from the free throw line and grabbed down a team-high 66 rebounds.

On the season, the Jacksonville, Ill., native is scoring a career-best 14.1 points and leads the team in rebounds with 161 (6.0 rpg).
