Whitneigh Drown a freshmen women's cross country runner from West Plains, Mo.  She was named AMC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week during September 3rd – 9th. She earned a sixth-place finish out of 86 runners at the H.W. Wright Classic at Millikin University in the Owls last race.
