FULTON, Mo. – The William Woods University women's basketball team will return to action on Saturday, January 26.  WWU, ranked 20th this week, travel to AMC rival Columbia College.  The Cougars enter the afternoon ranked 24th.  Tip-off at the Southwell Complex is scheduled for 2 p.m.
 
The Owls (16-2, 7-1) are coming off a 69-43 victory over visiting Missouri Baptist University on January 24.  Priscilla Santos (Sao Paulo, Brazil) led the Owls with 14 points.  Olivia Storjohann (Eldridge, Iowa) and Katie Scherder (Bowling Green, Mo.) each added eight points in the win.
 
Columbia College (15-5, 8-0) is coming off a 65-53 victory at Harris-Stowe State University on Thursday.  The Cougars were led in scoring by Lily Abreu (Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic) with 17 points.
