Box Score OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – The William Woods University men's tennis team won its second-straight match as they defeated Ottawa, 9-0. 
The Owls came out slamming as they took all three doubles matches of the day. 
David Barbieri and 
Stefan Simic won in No. 1 singles by a score of 8-0 over Mekasha Tadious and Jorge Miguel Ramirez. 
Christian Barbieri and 
Jelmer Van Vliet downed Bobby Vo and Brandon Edwards, 8-1. The Owls took third doubles as Ottawa failed to provide a team. 
William Woods did not drop a match in singles action. 
David Barbieri and 
Stefan Simic won No. 1 and No. 4 singles in straight sets, 6-0, 6-0, 
Jelmer Van Vliet won in No. 5 singles as he defeated Brandon Edwards, 6-1, 6-0. 
Christian Barbieri defeated Virgil Reed, 6-1,6-1, giving the Owls seven points in the match. 
Marcos Vinicius Prates Constantino won in no. 2 singles, 6-2, 6-4, giving the Owls an 8-0 lead in the match. WWU took No. 6 as the Braves failed to provide a player. 
The Owls return to action on Saturday, March 19th when they play Southwestern College at 10:30 a.m. in Grain Valley, Mo.
