FULTON, Mo. – The William Woods University volleyball team returns to action at Anderson Arena on Friday, October 20th when they host Kansas Wesleyan University at 6 p.m. This will be the Owls first home match since October 9th.

- The Owls enter the match with an overall record of 20-5 and are 7-1 in the AMC
- WWU is coming off a 3-1 (26-28, 22-25, 25-21, 23-25) contest on Tuesday night to No. 10 Columbia
- The Owls are eighth in blocks per game averaging 2.5 a game. WWU has a total of 210 blocks in the season, which is 16th best in the NAIA

- The Coyotes enter the non-conference match with an overall record of 20-4 and a record of 15-1 in the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference
- Kansas Wesleyan plays at Ottawa (Kan.) in KCAC action on Thursday night before making the trip to Fulton
- The Coyotes have won 12 straight contests, with its last loss coming on September 20th when they were defeated by Ottawa
- Defensively, the Coyotes are eighth in the NAIA in blocks with 224 in the season
- Kelsey Plummer leads the Coyotes in blocks with 121 blocks
