Box Score LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – The William Woods University Men's Tennis team was defeated by top ranked Georgia Gwinnett College, 5-0, on Friday afternoon in non-conference action.
 
The Grizzlies came out strong in doubles action as they took all three doubles matches while only dropping seven sets in the contest. Christopher Vleeming Ortiz and Johnnie Carmichael feel in No. 1 doubles, 8-4. Full doubles results:

If the Owls were going to get back into the match against top ranked Georgia Gwinnett they would need to mount a comeback in singles action. However, the Owls dropped No. 6 and No. 5 singles and the Grizzles clinched the match, 5-0. Full singles results:
